International Sous Vide Day 2024 Pavillon Elysée Té in Paris
The International Sous Vide Cooking Day (ISVD) , organized by Cuisine Solutions, took place on 26 January at the exclusive Pavillon Elysée Té and was a resounding success of culinary innovation.
The event began with a captivating panel discussion on sous vide cooking, moderated by respected columnist Cyril Rouquet. Prominent personalities such as Ghislaine Arabian, the first female two-star Michelin chef, Christian Tetedoie and Frédéric Simonin, both winners of the "Meilleurs Ouvriers de France" title, and Gérard Bertholon, Director of Strategy at Cuisine Solutions, shed light on the art and future of sous vide cooking.
The official opening of the 7th version of the ISVD was followed by an exquisite lunch cocktail and impressive culinary demonstrations. The highlight of the day was the presentation of the coveted Sous Vide Ambassador Awards, which recognizes outstanding performance/output and innovation in this range.
